Drawing from my extensive 17-year background in customer service and administration, I recognized the potential to enact substantial change. The decision to establish Assistantly was fueled by a belief in my capacity to make a significant impact in a more independent capacity.
My connection to the healthcare realm is particularly personal, stemming from my experience with a rare chronic illness, Antiphospholipid Syndrome. Through numerous years navigating interactions with healthcare professionals, I've cultivated a nuanced understanding of the industry. It is my conviction that, owing to my lived experience, I possess a unique ability to provide invaluable support within this space.

I have working experience with Cliniko, Timely, Halaxy, PowerDiary, Nookal, Splose and PracSuite, just to name a few.
However I can access most cloud based systems.

No, I am an independent contractor.
As an independent contractor, you are not responsible for paying leave entitlements or superannuation.
I will issue an invoice to you, this is to be paid by the due date on the invoice. The invoice will have my account details, where to make payment to.
